Here is an example of how this program benefits you:

If your rent is $1,000 per month and you live at the Gables community for 12 months. That equals a total of $12,000 in rent paid to Gables. Per the American Dream Plan – 20% of your monthly rent is eligible to be applied to Dream Credits to be used to offset your closing costs if you purchase a home. Therefore, you are eligible for up to $2,400 credit from the American Dream Plan to be applied to your closing costs! That is nice bonus for being a Gables resident!
